Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and debilitating conditions that we can experience in our lives. Through evidence-based counseling such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy much can be done to reduce the burden and suffering associated with these conditions.
Addictions and Stress-related disorders can occur at any point in life and often have a dramatic impact on functioning in our personal and professional life. E.J. has training and experience in EMDR Therapy and other trauma-focused approaches such as CPT and PET. For addictions, E.J.'s experience is grounded in the 12-step approach but is open to SMART and other evidence-based treatments.
Counseling can be conducted in-person, through the Jane or Zoom platforms, or over the telephone.
